F2BK is an Official USAT Club!


Athletes will develop proper technique and skills, build endurance, work on speed, learn to strength train properly and discover the importance of healthy nutrition to fuel their bodies. In addition, athletes will be race ready for their event whether it is a splash & dash, triathlon, 5K or cycle event! Club athletes can choose from several local events to participate in!

D.A.R.T. 4 Kids™

Speed and Agility Run Training for ages 7-14


DART 4 Kids™ is a run training program designed to improve run performance as well as develop strength and agility.  It is performed on the track and follows the D.A.R.T. format of training which includes a dynamic warm up, muscle activation, drills, and run sets for speed and distance.

Who should join?

  • Summer triathletes who want to maintain or improve their speed and fitness
  • Athletes who play another sport and want to improve their speed, agility, and fitness
  • Kids who like to run and participate in 1 mile or 5K events

Donut Dash!

Registered athletes will participate in our own Donut Dash 1 mile or 5K fun run on the track on 12/8/17.  This will be open to friends and family.

Training Times

  •  Fridays 4:30-5:30pm
  •  September 15 – December 8 (No class on Nov 24)
  •  Tilden Middle School Track, Rockville

Need to learn how to ride a bike?

Coach Dorrer offers private lessons to teach kids (and adults!) how to ride a bike.  In most cases, she can have them riding in one or two sessions.

$60 per hour

Need some extra swim instruction?

Get a private session or a few sessions to learn how to swim or to work on stroke technique.  These are available June – August.

$40 for a 30 min session
